| This is a new, medium maturity variety that has very smooth, long, cylindrical roots with blunt tips. This variety is attractive specially for the uniform and purely red roots throughout the bodies and also for its pure flavors. The roots are about 20-22 cm long with a diameter of 5-6cm in suitable conditions. To achieve maximum root length and size, this carrot should be seeded at lighter seeding rates and on muck or mineral soil. The suggested planting space is 25-30cm in rows and 10cm in plants. |
