Strategies for the Development of Sinoseeds:
The strategies for seed business are referred to as “12345” strategy. These strategies are developed according to the changes of external environment and internal conditions and are the continuation and deepening of the former “123” strategies.

1 means a kind of ability. This kind of ability is established as market-based core competencies, in which complete industrial chain, variety and technique excellence and marketing services are the vital elements to a state-level leading seeds manufacturer.

2 means China Seed Company has two main pursuits. The two pursuits are: ensure the national agricultural and food security and obtain the operating capacity which matches with the status of the company in seed industry.

3 refer to three platforms, which consist of the platform for leading independent research and development, the platform for qualified production and processing and the platform for strong marketing abilities.
